The  weather was nice a couple days after he was born so he was outside in  the corral getting some sun and try get more steady on his legs.

Top Shelf  is the first calf of Little Gabby and he was caught nursing then had to  look away as he was busted.  His father is Dapper Dan.

A perfect opportunity presented to get a good picture of Gabby and TopShelf together.  A great mother son photo.

Playing in the barn with the other bottle calves, of course he is the smallest, Top Shelf climbs up on the straw bale to be the big boy in the group.

Now that the bottle club are big enough and eating grass they are turned out into a portion of the pasture.  This is the end of May and the grass is already taller than they are.  Makes for some good hide-and-seek.  It will be more than they can eat for sure.
